Solid Hardwood Flooring Pre-finished with UV Polyurethane plus Aluminum Oxide (2).Multi-ply Single Strip Engineered Flooring Pre-finished with UV Polyurethane plus Aluminum Oxide (3). Bamboo Flooring Pre-finished with UV Polyurethane plus Aluminum Oxide (4). Japanese Multi-ply Engineered Flooring Pre-finished with UV Polyurethane plus Ceramic Anti-wear Powder


FULL 25-YEAR FINISH WARRANTY FOR THE UV POLYURETHANE PLUS ALUMINUM OXIDE PRE-FINISHED PRODUCTS: The Tecsun Building Products warranty, which applies solely to the original purchaser, guarantees that its factory applied UV Polyurethane plus Aluminum Oxide finish will not wear through, peel or separate from the floors for a full 25 years, from date of purchase, on its factory pre-finished products, when used under normal residential traffic conditions. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the goods and is not transferable.

FULL 10-YEAR FINISH WARRANTY FOR JAPANESE MULTI-PLY ENGINEERED FLOORING WITH THE UV POLYURETHANE PLUS CERAMIC ANTI-WEAR POWDER PRE-FINISHED PRODUCTS: The Tecsun Building Products warranty, which applies solely to the original purchaser, guarantees that its factory applied UV Polyurethane plus Ceramic Anti-wear Powder finish will not wear through, peel or separate from the floors for a full 10 years, from date of purchase, on its factory pre-finished products, when used under normal residential traffic conditions. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the goods and is not transferable.

LIFETIME STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY WARRANTY:

Tecsun Building Products warrants its products, in their original manufactured condition, to be free from manufacturing defects in lamination, milling, and assembly for as long as you own it. The warranty is to the original purchaser of the goods and is not transferable.

Should any of these defects occur, Tecsun Building Products would repair or replace the defective product with the same product.


The above full 25 /10 year finish warranty and lifetime structure integrity warranty are made subject to the following conditions:

A. Wood is a natural product; variations in its grain pattern, color, and/or texture are normal and are not considered defects and no warranty shall apply to those. The warranty will not apply to variations in color, grain and markings that exisit in the flooring when new(such variations in bamboo is a natural occurence, so that flooring may not match display samples) or that develop over time because of varying exposure to sunlight or UV light.

B. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and installation site and is not transferable.

C. Wood flooring being a natural product will continue to expand or contract during seasons changing. Some minor separation between boards might occur during the years. This is not covered by warranty.

D. This warranty does not cover variations between samples and the installed floor. The installer or homeowner should check the products before installation for comparing the samples and the products you bought to determine continuing installation.

E. This warranty does not cover materials with visible defects once they are installed. Prior to installation, the homeowner should inspect all material and determine if it matches the work order .Any defects should be reported to Tecsun Building Products or distributor/ dealer immediately.

F. It is the responsibility of the installer and the homeowner to determine if the job site sub-floor and job-site conditions are environmentally acceptable for the installation of Tecsun Building Product’s flooring. Tecsun Building Products declines any responsibility for failures resulting from or connected with sub-floor, or job site damage, or deficiencies after floor have been installed.

G. Tecsun Building Products makes no warranty or guarantee of the quality of the chosen installer’s work or of a particular installation performed by them. Tecsun Building Products disclaims all liability for any errors or improprieties in the installation of its product by an installer.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Tecsun Building Products warranties do not cover indentation, scratches defects or damages caused by the failure to follow all of the manufacturers specific installation instructions. Responsibility for inspection and approval of wood floors fails to the consumer and installer prior to permanent installation. Tecsun Building Products is not responsible for labor costs associated with the repair or replacement of visually defective planks after the floor is installed. In addition, prior to installation, the consumer and installer should make certain that the sub floor is reasonably dry and has no history of moisture problems. Installation over radiant-heated sub floors is allowed provided the sub floor is structurally sound and the heat is regulated not to exceed 100 degrees feherenhight. The heating systems must be turned off twenty-four ( 24 )hours prior to installation and must remain off for twenty-four (24 )hours after installation.

Tecsun building products warranties do not cover indentations, scratches, defects or damage caused by improper maintenance, insufficient protection, misuse or improper alterations of the original manufactured product. Tecsun building products warranties do not cover damages caused by the use of oil soaps, liquid, or paste wax products or other household cleaners that contain lemon oil, tung oil or ammonia since this warranty does not cover damage caused by non-recommended products. Tecsun Building Products warranties exclude non-factory applied finishing (by owner or installer) including, but not limited to, refinishing. Tecsun Building Products warranties do not cover indentations, scratches, defects or damages caused by negligence, water, erosion, insects, pets, spiked or damaged heel shoes, vacuums with beater bar heads, furniture, appliances, casters, falling or dropped objects or construction traffic abuse to the surface of the flooring.
Tecsun Building Products warranties do not cover defects and damages caused by man-made or natural disasters including, but not limited to, leaking or broken plumbing, fire, flood, earthquake or standing water during or after construction.
No warranties apply to any product or products designated as off-goods, any product or products so designated is “ sold as is.”

This writing is the complete and exclusive statement of the warranty and is in lieu of all other express and/or statutory warranties. Tecsun Building Products assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages. However, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. The sole remedy provided herein is the repair or replacement of defective products.


HOW TO CLAIM
In the unlikely event any portion of your floor should fail with respect to any of the provisions of these warranties, Tecsun Building Products, at its sole option to the original purchaser, will repair, refinish or replace such portion with the same product or another product of equal value at no cost to you. In the unlikely event Tecsun Building Products is unable to correct the failure after a reasonable number of attempts, Tecsun Building Products will refund, if requested, the purchase price for that portion of the floor that fails.

To file a claim, first contact the Tecsun Building Products retailer where the original purchase was made. If the retailer is unable to satisfy the claim, contact Tecsun Building Products at 425 S Sixth Ave , City of Industry, CA 91746 Attn: Claims Department. Please include your contact information, the date of purchase, name of the seller and installer, and sales invoice or receipt. Claims must also filed within the warranty coverage provided and information verifying the date of purchase will be required. Tecsun Building Products reserves the right to have a designated Tecsun Building Products representative inspect the flooring and remove samples for technical analysis.
